Nylon 12 is among the most widely used plastics in additive manufacturing well known for its toughness, tensile strength, impact strength and ability to flex without fracture (strain resistance). It also offers high chemical resistance and flowability, which allows for precise layer application. Allows good mechanical post-processing. Strong frictional properties. FDA approved.
